Why is your pricing higher than generic API monitoring?
Tessara is not a generic uptime monitor. We are a regulatory conformance engine. A single CMS enforcement action can cost up to $1,000,000. Our pricing reflects the massive liability protection we provide and the thousands of hours of manual audit preparation we eliminate.
Do you offer a Design-Partner Program?
Yes. We offer a limited number of 12-month design-partner engagements at $7,500 per slot. Design partners receive direct product influence, white-glove onboarding, and case-study publication rights. Three slots are available this quarter.
How does the "Zero-Payload" model impact pricing?
Because we never touch PHI, our operational insurance and security overhead is significantly lower than clinical data vendors. We pass these savings directly to our customers, allowing us to offer $150k enterprise quality at a much more competitive price point than traditional "Data Platforms."
